I had the pleasure of mentoring a passionate client in Toronto who dreamed of opening a sandwich shop featuring unique, signature recipes. Their vision was to craft a menu that would stand out in a competitive market. Together, we worked on sourcing the best local ingredients, developing one-of-a-kind bread recipes, and creating sandwiches that truly reflected their brand’s identity. We tested various combinations to ensure that each recipe had the perfect balance of flavors and textures. This was a full 1:1 mentoring program, combining online sessions and hands-on consulting.
