Cooperativa Castel Cerreto

I had the pleasure of collaborating with a cooperative close to my hometown. Fabio, the owner, has created a beautiful space where people can reconnect with nature and enjoy organic products from his farm and local producers. In the summer, they host a variety of events, and together we organized 'Pizza in Cascina,' featuring classic round pizzas, and the 'Christmas Market in Cascina,' where we served my special fried pizza.
