I had the pleasure of collaborating for three months in the hidden paradise of Ahangama, Sri Lanka. Alice and Stefano, the owners of this beautiful boutique hotel, created a space that feels like home the moment you step in. They had set up a cozy restaurant, but one thing was missing: PIZZA. Together, we sourced suppliers—starting with finding the right flour—and I crafted a fusion menu that blends Italian and Sri Lankan flavors using local ingredients.
