I’m Andrea, an Italian pizza chef and consultant originally from Bergamo.

My passion for sourdough and pizza began in 2014 when I attended an introductory pizza-making course. That experience made me realize that becoming a pizza chef was my true calling.

I left my unfulfilling job to dedicate myself fully to learning everything about pizza. I started in Italy and later moved to London, working for others before launching my own pop-up shop in the summer of 2015. By December 2016, I had opened my own pizzeria and began teaching more than 1,000 people the art of pizza-making.

A few years later, I decided to pursue another passion—traveling—while training people both online and in-person, right in their homes. Today, I’ve completely transformed my life. I’m doing what I truly love, with time for all my passions and, most importantly, for my family.
